12. Display indicator Indication for temperature, pressure, time It should have an indication of water level and automatic low water level cut-off.

13. Type of control Microprocessor controlled, with preselected sterilization programs.

14. In-built software facility In-built software facility for download data of Sterilisation cycles record; Batch Number, Date, Pressure & Temperature on Time coordinates.

15. Certification CE certified or USFDA approved. The equipment should be ISO 17665 compliant.

16. Safety measures The sterilizer must be equipped with safety features such as an automatic pressure release valve in case of over pressure, and AV Alarm for over-temperature. It should have an emergency stop button.

17. Electrical Input Shall be Single-phase 220V-240V AC, 50Hz.

18. Training Necessary operational training / day-to-day maintenance training shall be imparted to our

staff after commissioning of the equipment at site.

19. Technical Demonstration/ Site inspection A detailed hands-on technical demonstration or site inspection of the proposed equipment shall be given to designated IITD staff for the purpose of technical qualification.

which demonstration and technical

qualification should be performed by the

bidder or OEM.

20. Warranty Support A comprehensive warranty shall be provided for a period of 5 year (60 months) from the date of installation and commissioning.

21. Previous Purchase Orders Two previous purchase orders for same horizontal autoclave sales must be provided by the bidder.
