Description

Steam Sterilizer is used in the destruction of all forms of microbial life on medical instruments by exposing the object to moist heat at high temperature and under high pressure.

A safety micro switch is fitted to the door which will only allow the cycle to start if the door is properly closed and locked.

Automatic water fill with inbuilt/external reverse osmotic water softener in the system

Water supply line fitted with extra water filter

Heat dissipation: To maintain nominal temp and the heat dispersed through a cooling mechanism

For steam range of temperature of application: between 121°C and 134°C

The unit should be equipped with multiple safety mechanisms for Emergency Stop over pressure safety valves for chamber and jacket, over temp safety, steam traps and electrical safety.

Steam generators should be integrated in the system.

Shall have built in features of the Water Saving System for water conservation.

The steam generator should also be made of high grade stainless steel & the steam generator should be equipped with an automatic cleaning facility.

Door safety system

A pneumatic safety component (pressure switch) is installed in the autoclave which prevents opening of the doors until pressure in the chamber reaches room pressure.

The door should be electrically controlled having fully automatic function with multiple safety arrangements.
