PREVACUUM AIR STERILIZATION
All air that leaves the chamber prior to sterilization is treated as highly infectious and passes through a stringent biological decontamination system that renders the air sterile.
STERILIZATION BY FILTRATION
Pre-vacuum air is sterilized by
passing it through a 0.2 μm biological filter. In order to maintain proper and effective filtration, the filter is sterilized in-place during every sterilization cycle.

The jacket, chambers and doors shall be made of heavy duty Stainless steel (SS) 304 quality. The doors shall be equipped with pneumatic cylinders. Pressure gauges and compound gauges shall be provided. Door locking and door interlocking system shall be there.
Insulation shall be at least 50 mm thick resin bonded glass wool or better, with stainless steel sheet.
Compatible electrical steam generator, stainless steel condenser, vacuum pump shall be provided along with the machine. Automatic vacuum breaker/ filter shall be provided along.
Chamber Volume of the autoclave shall be at least 1500 Liters. The supplier shall visit the site of installation and suggest the best dimension of the machine before manufacturing.
Working Chamber pressure shall be 1.2-2.1kg/cm² corresponding to temperature 121 °C-134 °C or better. Performance of the machine shall be as per the requirement of EN 235, EN554, HTM 2010 or equivalent guidelines.
The machine shall be hydraulically tested to withstand at least 2 times of the working pressure.
All the required valves and piping required for the machine shall be provided and it shall be made up of stainless steel quality.
The Autoclave shall have pre-selected & variable programs. Vacuum drying at the end of the sterilization process shall be there.
Provisions for recording of pressure, temperature and time of operation with appropriate printing device shall be provided with the machine. Data recording should comply 21 CFR guidelines.
Compatible stainless steel carriage (Quantity 1) & stainless steel floor Trolley (Quantity 2) shall be provided with the machine.
Temperature sensors, pressure sensors, validation probes, pressure and compound gauges, air filter, 6-point strip chart recorder, spring loaded safety valves, data logger, shall be provided along.
The machine shall have alarm system to indicate any kind of mal-functioning of themachine.
Compatible UPS shall be provided for automatic restart in case of power failure (for HMI only)
Provisions of safety device, exhausts system etc. as required shall be provided.
