The SAMBION Machine is manufactured keeping in mind the growing needs of the modern hospitals. The efficiency of sterilization and the safety of the operator, environment and the machine alike are of paramount importance. Understanding the working of the machine through this User Manual will give the operating staff and the concerned engineers a better understanding of the functioning of the machine during any stage of its usage.

The SAMBION machine comes loaded with a ‘Fully Automatic Mode’ of operation through a specially designed PLC (Programmable Logic Control) panel and choice of selecting operation cycle, depending upon type of load.

The indigenously designed and manufactured easy pneumatically operated vertical sliding door with interlocking feature is the standout feature of the machine. Over 25 years experience of SAMBION in the field of Medical Equipment have made the machine logically programmed to meet all of the foreseeable & emergency conditions that may be encountered during the working of the machine.

Machines manufactured by Rockwell Industrial Plants Limited at Mohali, Punjab, India under the SAMBION brand come after a series of rigorous performance tests that meet the most stringent working conditions. All the manufacturing processes and procedures are strictly as per the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Other than that, performance tests conducted are in-line with the ISO9001 and ISO13485 norms. The safety features included in the machines are tuned to the requirements of the CE Certification.
